23rd May-30th May
(Day One)
Changi Airport / Perth International Airport / Checked in to Perth Apt
After burying my head in books for the past couple of months, I was finally done with my final exams on 20th May. & off I go for my grad trip with the girls whom I've known since 13. Destination - Perth, Western Australia. Happened to be on a super empty flight that morning so all of us had the luxury to lie down comfortably, occupying 3 seats each. Had a pretty good sleep throughout and even made friends with this really cute pair of siblings.
There is no time difference between Singapore and Perth but the sun set much earlier in Perth. Touched down around 6pm in Perth and the sky was pitch dark with a crazy storm brewing out there. We spent our night braving the storm, taking the wrong bus, getting onto the wrong street, having all our portable chargers and phones flat, thinking that we got scammed of the apartments we booked, worrying that we'll be homeless for the night, walking the whole stretch of streets and finally met a super nice taxi driver who rendered his help selflessly. After 5 long gruesome hours of 'adventure', we finally managed to find our apartment and settle down. Really an epic night to remember! So yup, that pretty much sums up day one of the trip.

(Day Two)
John Street Cafe / Cottesloe Beach / 'Crawley Edge' Boat Shed / UWA / Matilda Bay / King's Park
Breakfast at the highly raved John Street Cafe. I'm not sure if it's me having too high an expectation but i find my Eggs Benedict falling a little less than average. The eggs were not runny at all mehz :(
(super windy) Cottesloe Beach.
P.S. Notice how the weather / sky changes. Erratic erratic weather.

Welllll...erratic weather is erratic. The sky went from clear to cloudy to rainy within a couple of minutes. I guess we were lucky enough to manage to a few shots of the boat shed when the skies are still clear.
2.5 hours trekking across King's Park

(Day Three)
Fremantle / Cicerello's Fish n' Chips / Caversham Wildlife Park / Little Caesars
After getting around the first two days using public transport, we're finally getting our car whoop. We paid a total of ~sgd700 (including car insurance) for 5 days of rental at Hertz.
Fremantle
We didn't have the time to visit Fremantle Prison nor to explore the area because we planned to visit the zoo in the afternoon. Definitely going to allocate an entire day at Fremantle the next time i'm back in Perth.
Caversham Wildlife Park to see koalas and kangroos ^^
"Meet a Wombat and Friends"
Such a bad photo (cannot see the snake wahlao) but itz okay i just want to document a picture of us holding the snake! Could totally feel the strong muscle of the snake when it moves.
& a picture with the wombat!
Farm Show which we get to learn more about sheeps! (I'd quite a fair bit of knowledge about sheeps through my trip to taiwan last year so uhm, too lazy to take any photo)
Kangarooooosss ^^
Okay pardon the bad photos but hehe, Koalas ^^
Dinner @ Little Caesars Pizzeria!
We ordered 1 Big Caesar (Cinnamon Girl + Pork Belly) and 1 Small Caesar New York Pecan Pie to share. My personal favorite among the three flavors would be Cinnamon Girl followed by Pork Belly. The pecan pie pizza is too sweet for us. Anyway, the menus are extensive and I really really want to go back to try the other pizzas. Really damn dope, omg can someone bring this to Singapore :(

I guess that's all I've for the first 3 days (more like 2 days) in Perth. Will update the next part of our trip whereby we ventured outside Perth City when I'm done filtering the pictures. Have a good week ahead y'all x
