Brunch with a view at Saint Pierre last Sunday to celebrate Peixuan's 22nd birthday.
The weather was not quite on our side that day. It drizzled quite a fair bit for the 3-4 hours we were there. My first time at Sentosa Cove and the atmosphere was pretty similar to that of Keppel Bay.
We didn't go for the weekend brunch set ($38/pax) because the portions seemed a little too much for us and we wanted to order the waffles as well. In case anyone is interested, the set consists of "Juice of the day + Homemade assorted breads + Choice of main + Coffee/Tea".
I'd the Eggs Florentine Smoked Salmon while Peixuan had their Eggs Benedict and we ordered Waffles Au Chocolat to share. Luv the crispiness of the waffles om nom nom. Prices are steeper compared to the normal weekend cafe brunch but given the location and ambience, i thought it was pretty reasonable. The meal was on me and i paid ~$70+.

Happy 22nd, my best uni mate! (Old you is old haha) Although we've known each other for only two years, i'm really thankful for the strong bonds we managed to forge over this period of time. I hope you liked the small gift, enjoyed the meal and my company. Can't wait for our getaway in Jan '14!! ^^
Hopped over to get our customised Magnum after a round of shopping.
Was never a fan of magnum b'coz i find magnum too chocolate-y and sweet. So... presenting to you our super pretty (but overpriced) $7/stick ice-cream. Yup, probably my first and last time i'm going to eat it.
Was (window) shopping for cameras and i'm so tempted to get a slr / lighter camera. My dslr is really too much of a burden sometimes mehz. Even though i've another canon digital camera at home, it's a pretty old model :'( & i've been contemplating about changing my itouch for the longest time ever. My current one is barely surviving. Sigh, gadgets.
